Ingredients

500g Zuluwaters Venison Mince
100g Dargle Streaky bacon, finely chopped
1Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
½ tsp fresh Origanum, finely chopped
½ tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tsp Veg Box crushed Garlic in olive oil
50ml bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
250g Veg Box Tomato Pasta Sauce
150g Medici Fettuccini

Method

Preheat oven to 180’C.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix just enough so that the ingredients are evenly dispersed. Roll into balls. Grease cooking sheet or two and lay meatballs in one layer, evenly spaced so that they are not touching. Bake for 20-30mins, or until no longer pink inside. This will depend on how big your meat balls are.
Serve meatballs on top of your fettuccini with heated up tomato pasta sauce.
