Broccoli Salad


  • 1 head of Broccoli – cut  into small florets
  • 250g Dargle Valley Streaky Bacon – diced
  • 1 Cup Mayo (your favourite one)
  • 1 tbps Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Longshadow Cheddar – grated
  • 1 Cup Sunflower seeds – plain or lightly toasted


Fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl. Add the bacon bits and serve.

This can be prepared the day before and kept in the fridge.
