1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Coconut oil for cooking (or your choice of oil)
500g chicken breast, sliced into strips or 500g pork stir fry
Julienne vegetables approx 500g (carrots/baby marrow/peppers etc)
1 onion, thinly sliced or spring onions julienne
4-6 wraps


Mix all the spices together, add half of the spices mix to the meat. Be sure it is evenly coated. Heat the coconut oil and stir fry the meat until browned. Remove from the pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the spices over the vegetables, heat a little more coconut oil and stir fry them until just tender.
Warm the wraps in the oven.
Add the meat back to the vegetables and make sure it is all hot. Build your wraps and eat.
