Chicken & pumpkin seed, basil pesto pizza

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough Pizza bases
  • Plain Cream Cheese
  • Tomato & Chilli Chutney
  • Chicken fillets, sliced into strips
  • Romesco pumpkin seed and basil pesto
  • Longshadow Mature cheddar
  • Rocket (to top)

Directions:

  1. Take pizza bases out of the freezer.
  2. Spread generously with cream cheese and tomato & chilli chutney.
  3. Fry chicken strips and add to the pizza.
  4. Blob the pesto onto the chicken.
  5. Generously top with Longshadow mature cheddar.
  6. Bake at 180’C until the cheese has melted.
  7. Top with fresh rocket and sliced avo😊
