Glazed Boston Butt


Place the Boston Butt in a biking tray with a little water

Rub the meat with a little Hot English mustard powder and pour 40ml over the cut (or more if necessary)

Place a few clove and bay leaves onto the honey

Place foil over the meat, not wrapping tightly

Bake it at 180 for one hour per kilogram


100ml brown sugar

7ml ginger powder

10 ml Hot English mustard powder

30ml Apricot Jam

Combine the ingredients into a paste. Baste the cooked ham and return to the oven for a few minutes further. Rest and slice.
