Pork Stuffing

Pork Stuffing


2 Pork Bangers
60ml Dried Breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 leek, sautéed in a little olive oil until soft
50ml freshly chopped parsley
100ml dried apples, chopped
25ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed


Very easy, Mix all ingredients together and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
