Quick Creamed Spinach


  • 1 x bunch Spring onions or 1 medium sized onion – chopped finely
  • 1 x Spinach bunch – roughly chopped
  • Generous knob of butter
  • ½ tub Mascarpone Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt the butter and fry the spring onions until soft
  2. Add the spinach. Fry until wilted.
  3. Add mascarpone, stir until melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
