(4-5 servings)

• Tin foil for rolling
• 500g Zuluwaters Venison mince
• 500g Dargle Pork mince
• 1 Egg
• 1 leek – finely chopped
• 3/4 cups Breadcrumbs
• Salt & Pepper
• Ham
• Longshadow Gouda
• Rocket
• Basil
• 250g Dargle Streaky bacon


Lay the tinfoil out.
Mix mince, leek, egg, seasoning and breadcrumbs together.
Place on tin foil and flatten out.
Place a layer of ham, cheese, rocket and basil (onions too if you like). Roll over using tin foil. Remove roll from tin foil.
Place layer of bacon on foil, place meat loaf on top and roll again.

Place in oven for 25 mins at 180°C then turn the heat up to 220°C for a further 25 mins C
