All you need is the following:
4 Large Patty Pans
1 Pack Lentil Patties
4 Tablespoons Farm Fresh Butter (Salted)
Salt & Pepper
A Sprinkling Of Gouda
All you do is hollow out the patty pans, simply cut off the tops and scoop out the seeds. Place a tablespoon of butter inside the hollowed out patty pans and place in the oven, heated at 180, for 15 to 20 minutes to soften. While that is in the oven, place the lentil patties into a mixing bowl and combine into one mixture. At this stage you can combine anything extra if you’d like but I found some salt and pepper is all I needed. If you would like to you can also stuff them with mince. This you will need to precook in a pan, adding your choice of extras and spices. Next you need to take the slightly softened patty pans out of the oven, place the filling of your choice into the patty pans, making sure to press in firmly, sprinkle over some grated, Longshadow dairy gouda and place back in the oven for a further 20 minutes.
