Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops


  • 4 Pork Loin Chops
  • 25 ml Robertsons Ground Cloves
  • 5 ml Robertsons Chicken Spice
  • 5 ml Robertsons Ground Ginger
  • 125 ml Orange Juice
  • 125 ml Mrs Ball’s Original Chutney
  • ½ sachet Brown Onion Soup


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place pork chops fat side up in an oven proof casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl mix together the Ground Cloves, Chicken Spice, orange juice, chutney and brown onion soup.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chops and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
